What is the difference between the subscriptions and the single plan?When you subscribe to our plans, you unlock access to everything our program has to offer. This means you can enjoy a wide range of workouts, features, and benefits included in the subscription package. It's an all-inclusive experience designed to support your fitness journey comprehensively. On the other hand, if you decide to purchase a specific workout or a Single plan individually, please be aware that you will only have access to that particular workout and its associated content. This option suits those who may have a specific preference or need. We offer three subscription options to cater to your preferences and commitment levels: Month-to-month: Pay on a monthly basis for added flexibility. Quarterly (3 months): Pay for a three-month period for longer-term commitment and savings. Yearly: Pay for a one-year period for the best value and uninterrupted access. Please keep in mind that all subscriptions will renew automatically after each period. This feature ensures a seamless experience without interruption and allows you to focus on your fitness goals without the hassle of manual renewals. When it comes to subscriptions, we keep things simple and user-friendly: Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Subscriptions: These grant you access to all features in the app without any restrictions. Single Plan Purchase: If you prefer to focus on a specific workout plan, this option gives you access to that particular plan, a workout calendar, your profile page, and access to our community wall. Please note that it doesn't include the Meal Planner, Custom Workouts, and the Step Tracker. As a subscriber, you'll also have the freedom to create custom workouts by hand-picking your favorite exercises from our extensive workout library. Do you offer pregnancy plans?We offer three pregnancy plans designed to support you throughout each trimester: Start Strong: Tri 1 (Weeks 5-14) Duration: 3 days per week Equipment Needed: Gym equipment + bands Focus: Maintaining strength Level: Intermediate Description: This plan focuses on transitioning from pre-pregnancy workouts to pregnancy-specific exercises during the first trimester. It emphasizes daily movement to counteract nausea and fatigue, with workouts tailored to sustain 15-20 reps. Low-impact cardio is recommended on non-workout days. Preg Power: Tri 2 (Weeks 14-27) Duration: 3 days per week Equipment Needed: Gym equipment + bands Focus: Maintaining strength Level: Intermediate Description: During the second trimester, workouts become more familiar, although modifications are made to accommodate a growing belly and changes in balance. Exercises avoid lying on the stomach and prolonged back lying, with emphasis on listening to the body and using appropriate weights. Two days of low-impact cardio are suggested between workout days. Bump Boost: Tri 3 (Weeks 28-40) Duration: 3 days per week Equipment Needed: Gym equipment + bands (optional) Focus: Maintaining strength Level: Intermediate Description: In the final trimester, workouts adapt to accommodate the increasing weight of the baby and reduce pressure on the pelvic floor. Emphasis is placed on high-repetition exercises with lighter weights or bodyweight, with flexibility in equipment usage. Two days of low-impact cardio are recommended alongside workout days. These plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of each trimester, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits where you are in your pregnancy journey. Each plan emphasizes safety and proper form, with a reminder to consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise regimen during pregnancy.
