  • What is the difference between the subscriptions and the single plan?
    When you subscribe to our plans, you unlock access to everything our program has to offer. This means you can enjoy a wide range of workouts, features, and benefits included in the subscription package. It's an all-inclusive experience designed to support your fitness journey comprehensively. On the other hand, if you decide to purchase a specific workout or a Single plan individually, please be aware that you will only have access to that particular workout and its associated content. This option suits those who may have a specific preference or need. We offer three subscription options to cater to your preferences and commitment levels: Month-to-month: Pay on a monthly basis for added flexibility. Quarterly (3 months): Pay for a three-month period for longer-term commitment and savings. Yearly: Pay for a one-year period for the best value and uninterrupted access. Please keep in mind that all subscriptions will renew automatically after each period. This feature ensures a seamless experience without interruption and allows you to focus on your fitness goals without the hassle of manual renewals. Choose the plan that aligns with your fitness objectives and enjoy the same comprehensive features throughout your chosen subscription or single plan.   • How do I cancel my membership?
    To cancel your subscription, please follow the appropriate steps based on your sign-up method: If you signed up on the website: Login to your account and cancel by clicking HERE. If you signed up on AppStore: Open Settings and tap iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top. Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted. Tap Subscriptions. Find and tap the subscription you would like to cancel. If you signed up on Google Pay: Go to play.google.com. Sign in to the correct Google Account. At the left, click My Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Click Manage, then click Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes within the pop-up. Please follow these steps accordingly to successfully cancel your membership. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
  • How do I sign up / Pay for the app?
    You can sign up for the app through one of the following methods: A) Via our website: Click the link "CLICK HERE" to access the payment page (opens in a new window). Step 1: Choose your preferred subscription - Monthly, Quarterly (3 months), or Annual (1 year). Keep in mind that it is a subscription and will continue until you unsubscribe. Save your email and password, as you will need them to log in to the app later. Step 2: Proceed with the payment. Step 3: Download the app from AppStore or Google Play by searching for "Athli." Step 4: Log in using the same email and password you used in Step 1. B) Via AppStore: Click the link "LINK HERE" to access the AppStore.   • Can I expect friendly renewal reminders for my subscriptions?
    At this time, we do not offer renewal reminders for subscriptions. When you sign up with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, which emphasize that users are responsible for managing, canceling, or adjusting their subscription settings as needed. We encourage our valued users to stay informed about their subscription periods and take proactive measures to manage their accounts effectively. Being in control of your subscription ensures a seamless experience with us. Rest assured, we're always here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your subscription.
  • I have just been charged again even though I only signed up for 3 months. Why?
    We apologize for any confusion. The reason you have been charged again is due to the subscription model we operate on. When you subscribe to our app, you are enrolled in an automated payment method set for a specific period. We offer three subscription options: monthly, quarterly, and yearly. For instance, if you purchase the annual (12 months) subscription on the 1st of January 2022, you will have access to the app for the entire 12-month period. Once the 1st of January 2023 arrives, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge a new fee for the upcoming year, unless you have canceled before that date. To accomplish this, follow these simple steps within the app: Open your app and navigate to the home screen. Look for the three lines located in the top left corner of your screen. Click on the three lines to access the menu. From the menu, find and select "Settings." Once you are in the settings section, locate and click on "Manage Subscription." This approach is similar to popular services like Netflix or Spotify, where the subscription automatically renews to ensure uninterrupted access to the content without the need for constant reminders. It also allows you to maintain your streaks and progress without any interruptions.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund back to my account?
    Refund processing times can vary depending on your bank's policies. Typically, it takes around 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you don't receive the money immediately, there's no need to worry; it should arrive within the mentioned timeframe based on your bank's processing procedures.
  • I want to know which of your workouts best suits me before buying.

    You have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you prefer. However, it's important to note that if you cancel before your billing cycle ends, you won't be able to use the app for the remaining period you have already paid for. If you wish to continue using the app until the end of your current billing cycle, please contact our customer support team at support@athli.store, and they will be happy to assist you accordingly.

  • What is your refund policy?
    At Athli, we have a 24-hour refund policy exclusively for our subscriptions.   • Do I have to buy subscription + plans?
    No - Everything is included in all 3 subscriptions. You will have access to all plans and all features.
  • How long are the workouts?
    It depends, they are between 30-70 minutes. It the app you will see an estimated time of each workout. You can also create an Instant workout in the app, based on how much time you have and where you want to workout - great right?
  • What is a “rep”?
    "Rep" is short for repetition. A rep is one complete execution of an exercise. It refers to the complete movement of a specific exercise from start to finish. For example, if you're doing push-ups, one repetition involves lowering your body to the ground and then pushing it back up to the starting position. If a particular exercise says “15 reps” it refers to each side (arm/leg).
  • What is included in the app?
    All 3 different subscriptions will give you the same access to all features in the app including a personal meal-plan.
