Hey, I’m Cassidy from Georgia! I spent 15 years as a competitive gymnast before trading the beam for the barbell and discovering my passion for fitness. Now, as a certified personal trainer and former gymnastics coach, I love helping others realize what their bodies can do. My workouts focus on strength, mobility, and confidence, helping you move better and feel stronger inside and out.
