Follow the guidelines carefully below to submit your entry so we know you're in!
Once you have submitted your entry, you can start crushing the workout plan of your choice!
After you finished your plan, come back here and submit your after information!
We will be starting to pick winners from week 6 through week 12 so that no matter the duration of the workout plan you pick, you will have the same chance of winning!
